2009 Pinot Gris
Cold fermented to retain aromas and fruit character. Aged in stainless steel tanks to maintain acidity and bright character.
This vintage has a pale straw color, with aromas ranging from tropical fruits to citrus and floral components. The wine has a ripe apple mouth feel, with a citric peel finish. The lively acidity is balanced nicely with the ripe tropical components of the grape itself. The wine finishes with a fruity balance that beckons one more taste. Serve this wine with our baked wild
salmon with creamy pesto sauce from b2 Wine Bar.
